Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday, locals come to the markets to buy their fresh fruit and vegetables, coffee, breads, flowers, cookies, and other arts and crafts.
Most of the produce is grown on the Atherton Tableland and is transported down the mountain to the city. There is a huge array of locally grown produce and exotic fruits, and the prices as you would expect are very reasonable as most come direct from the growers
